Overview
Innovation in product strategy, development, design and management are key factors that must work together to maintain a successful, competitive health plan. New products must incorporate the latest in benefit design, take advantage of support tools to help members get the full value of their coverage and incorporate online, Health 3.0 strategies.
The Conference
As the most comprehensive payor conference addressing all areas of product innovation, this year's event focuses on the impact of healthcare reform on the product innovation community and examines the future of Health 3.0. Tactical sessions in the afternoon feature content for the commercial/group and individual/retail markets over two tracks. The goal of this conference is to get product development, management, marketing and transparency silos prepared for a profitable 2010 and beyond.
