The Honorable Arthur J. Gajarsa, Circuit Judge and two fellow justices of the Court share perspectives and insights on Federal Circuit and Supreme Court cases and will examine interactions among the Federal Circuit, the Supreme Court and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
