International Customers:

PLEASE BE ADVISED: all payments are processed in U.S. Dollars. International currencies are converted to U.S. Dollars on the date of payment. We make every effort to process the most accurate currency exchange. However, all international payments are subject to fluctuation in currency exchange rates.

Substitution & Cancellation:

Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours in advance of the conference. Cancellations received in writing within 14 days prior to the starting date of the conference will be refunded, less a $195 administrative charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations made within 14 days prior to the starting date of the conference; however, the registration fee less the $195 administrative charge can be credited to another WRG conference if you register within 6 months from the date of this conference. In case of conference cancellation, WRG’s liability is limited to refund of the conference registration fee only. WRG reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.

WRG stands behind the quality of its conferences. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the conference, a credit will be awarded towards a comparable WRG conference of your choice.

The Conference Compendium CD is not a transcript of the event and does not contain audio or video recordings.
